Our Services
Every service below is guidance and assistance only — we make your application journey clear, correct, and on time. Fees vary by destination country and are always shown before you submit. See pricing.
Visa form filling — Online
We complete your application form with you over chat or a call, question by question. You review and confirm every answer before anything is final.
Visa form filling — On-site visit
Our team visits your home, office, or workplace and completes the forms with you in person — ideal for families and groups. An additional zone-based visit fee applies, shown before booking.
Document review
Upload your documents and we check them line-by-line against the embassy checklist, telling you exactly what to fix or replace before you submit.
Appointment assistance
Submission, biometrics, or passport collection — we guide you through the official booking process of the respective embassy or visa application center so you secure a date without confusion. Appointment availability is controlled by the authorities; we cannot guarantee specific dates.
Document submission & collection on your behalf
With your signed authorization letter (we generate it for you), our runner submits your file or collects your passport at the embassy or visa application center, with photo proof and status updates at every step.
Full process guidance
End-to-end assistance: checklist, document review, form filling, appointment guidance, and updates until your case is complete.
Attestation & legalization of documents
Degrees, marriage and birth certificates, police clearances, and commercial documents often must be attested and legalized before an embassy accepts them. We manage the process through the correct official channels and keep you updated at every stage.
Follow-up support
Our assistance doesn't stop at booking. We stay by your side after your appointment — handling additional document requests, rescheduling guidance, and status updates until your passport is returned.
Visa appeal support (via independent lawyers)
If your application was refused, we help you understand the refusal letter and what it means. Because appeals and legal representation are legal services, we connect you — for our one-time USD 15 connection fee — with an independent licensed immigration lawyer of the destination country who can assess and handle your appeal. You engage and pay the lawyer directly.
Appointment categories we assist with
- Visitor visa appointments — tourism and family visits
- Study visa appointments — students starting education abroad
- Work visa appointments — employment and skilled-worker routes
- Family visa appointments — reuniting with loved ones
- Immigration / settlement visa appointments — permanent relocation
- Transit and other categories — worldwide embassies and visa centers
Connect me with a lawyer or expert
We do not provide visa consultancy or legal advice. On your request, and for a one-time connection fee of USD 15, we connect you with an independent licensed immigration lawyer or expert of your destination country. You engage and pay the lawyer directly; their fees are separate from ours.
