1. Who we are and what we do

VisaWise Global Partners ("we", "us") is an independent private guidance and assistance service licensed in [jurisdiction], License No. [xxx]. We are NOT an embassy, consulate, government agency, or visa-issuing authority, and we are not affiliated with any government.

Services we provide: visa application form filling and drafting (online or by visiting your home, office, or workplace within our coverage areas), document review against embassy checklists, guidance on embassy and visa application center processes, assistance in understanding how to secure appointment dates (submission, biometrics, passport/document collection), and — with your signed authorization — submission and collection of your documents at embassies and visa application centers on your behalf.

Services we do NOT provide: we do not provide visa consultancy, immigration consultancy, or legal services of any kind. We do not issue visas, we do not represent any government, and we cannot guarantee visa approval, processing times, or appointment availability. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassies and immigration authorities.

2. Lawyer and expert referrals

Upon your request, we can connect you with independent licensed immigration lawyers and relevant experts of the respective destination country. These are third parties not employed by or affiliated with us. You engage and pay them directly under your own agreement with them. We accept no responsibility or liability for their advice, services, fees, or conduct. A referral is not a recommendation or endorsement.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all information and documents you provide. We complete forms based on the information you give us; you must review and confirm every form before it is submitted. Providing false information to an embassy can lead to refusal and bans — we will never knowingly assist with false or misleading applications, and we may close a case without refund of work already performed if you ask us to do so.

4. Fees and payments

Our service/assistance fees are displayed before you submit a request, vary by destination country, service type, and visa type, and are payable to us online. Embassy fees, visa fees, VFS/visa application center fees, courier charges, and any third-party or government charges are NOT included in our fees and must be paid by you directly to the respective parties. On-site visits carry an additional zone-based visit fee; document submission/collection runs carry a per-run fee. All fees are shown before payment. Invoices itemize our service fees only.

5. Appointments

We assist you in understanding and following the process to secure appointment dates through the official channels of the respective embassies and visa application centers. Appointment availability is controlled entirely by those authorities; we cannot guarantee any specific date or the availability of appointments. We do not use unauthorized software, automation, or any method that violates the terms of embassy or visa center booking systems.

6. Document submission/collection on your behalf

This service requires your explicit authorization (checkbox with recorded timestamp plus a signed authorization letter). We handle your documents with care and provide status updates and proof of submission/collection. Our liability for loss or damage to physical documents in our custody is limited to the direct cost of replacing the document (e.g., passport reissue fee), and we are not liable for consequential losses such as missed travel.

7. Communications and records

All messages exchanged through the portal are stored permanently as business records and cannot be deleted by users. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

8. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content or malware, misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for fraudulent applications.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the specific case concerned. We are not liable for visa refusals, appointment unavailability, embassy delays, or decisions of any authority or third party.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for what is retained). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [jurisdiction].

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and dated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
